The 2026 election

Puerto Rico’s State House District At-Large race will be decided in the Nov. 3, 2026, general election. The contest has 13 candidates, and every candidate in the field is identified as an incumbent.

Four parties are represented. Six candidates are affiliated with the Partido Nuevo Progresista, three with the Partido Popular Democrático, three with the Partido Independentista Puertorriqueño and one with Proyecto Dignidad.

Ramón Torres is one of the three Partido Popular Democrático candidates. His candidate entry identifies him as an incumbent but lists no biography, leaving his professional history, education and other personal background unspecified.
